Recommend for strolling
Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and valuable location, where the breakfast buffet was delightful with made-to-order omelettes and the hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Lancaster Gate.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Comfortable modern bathroom with great amenities.
The shower design led to water spilling all over the floor.

Tiny room with very limited space to move.

missingWrote a review on Nov 07great viewbreakfast disappointment
The lobby looks elegant and breakfast in the conservatory offers a nice view of what could be a thriving morning except for the fact the food itself was such a letdown and the eggs were just horrifying
It definitely wasn't a bargain but I managed to make it work

Request a room away from the elevator for a quieter stay. It made a big difference in our sleep quality.

The stay was fantastic! The location is ideal, very close to the Lancaster Gate tube, and just a short walk from Hyde Park. The staff were super friendly, especially when they heard my grandson was singing at the Royal Albert Hall. The room was clean and comfortable, making our visit enjoyable.

Oh mate, the culinary gems around the Corus were a delight! We tucked into some scrumptious cream cakes at Sheila's Cafe just a hop away. Breakfast at the Old Mary's was a right treat. Add to that, the staff were a friendly bunch while we enjoyed our stay. Proper nice vibes!
Now, truth be told, the Standard Double Room was a bit on the shabby side and felt smaller than a tube train during rush hour. Poor bathroom setup too, not quite as fab as the online pics hinted. We splashed out an extra 70 quid for a premium room, which was cleaner but still needed a bit more TLC.

great location but rooms need updating
The reception area looked very plush which set a good tone for my stay. The staff at reception were exceptionally helpful, promptly addressing all my inquiries with a smile.
However the rooms felt a bit dated and could use some modern touches.

I loved the location right next to Hyde Park! It made our mornings magical with a lovely walk. The room was quite small for three adults, but sufficed. The breakfast could've been better too. 😅

Had a lovely time at the hotel, where I enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea and relaxed by the cozy TV lounge. The amenities were impressive, really helping me unwind after a day out. My only slight hiccup was the room being a bit snug for my suitcase, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊
